As RRC Western Railway department invites ONLINE applications from regular and eligible employees (except RPF/RPSF) of South East Railway for filling up the vacancies against General Departmental competitive Examination (GDCE)  under Railway recruitment cell overall in Mumbai. If you possess minimum eligibility (As mentioned Below) then, you can do online registration from the official portal website of RRB Mumbai i.e wr.indianrailways.gov.in (Note: No other Apply Method will be accepted). We are requesting the candidates that, they must first go through official notification & all important detail regarding RRC WR recruitment 2025.

RRC WR ALP, JE, Technician & Train Manager recruitment | GDCE 2025 Exam

Eligibility Criteria (Educational Qualification, Age limit, Relaxation in Upper Age limit, Experience)
  • Educational Qualification for ALP (Asstt. Loco Pilot) Posts:-  Matriculation passes plus (a) ITI in specified trades/Act Apprenticeship, OR (b) Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering in lieu of ITI. Note: Specified trades for the purpose of(a) above are as follows:-A) Fitter B) Electrician C) Instrument Mechanic D)Mill Wright/Maintenance Mechanic E) Mechanic(Radio and TV F) Electronics Mechanic G)Mechanic(Motor vehicle) H) Wireman I) Tractor Mechanic J) Armature and Coil winder K) Mechanic(Diesel) L) Heat Engine
  • Educational Qualification for Technician-III Various Trade Posts:- Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the relevent trades.
  • Educational Qualification for JE (Junior Engineer) Posts:- Three years Diploma in (a) Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Manufacturing / Mechatronics / Industrial / Machining / Instrumentation & Control / Tools & Machining / Tools & Die Making / Automobile / Production Engineering OR in Any relevant field OR (b) a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Manufacturing / Mechatronics / Industrial / Machining / Instrumentation & Control / Tools & Machining / Tools & Die Making / Automobile / Production Engineering or any given field from a recognized University/ Institute.
  • Educational Qualification for  Guard/Train Manager Posts:- Graduation Degree from Recognized university or its equivalent recognized by Govt. Of India.
  • Age limit: The upper age limit will be 42 years for UR candidates, 45 years for OBC candidates and47 years for SC/ST candidates.. The age will be reckoned as on 01.01.2025
  • Selection Process: . The entire recruitment process shall involve CBT, Computer Based Aptitude Test (for ALP) and Document Verification& Medical examination
