IRCON Finance Assistant 2026 Notification

Eligibility (Educational Qualification, Age limit, Experience)
  • Educational Qualification: The candidate Should have passed M.Com / B.Com (with minimum 55% marks) OR CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) from recognized University / Institute.
  • Age limit: The candidates should not have completed 35 years Age as on 01.04.2026. Upper age relaxation applicable as per government rules.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in accounting, taxation, filing of returns, audit handling and preparation of financial statements as per IND AS. SAP experience is desirable.
  • Selection Process: Selection will be on the basis of Written Exam and / or Interview of shortlisted candidates.
Salary / Pay Scale
  • Fixed Pay: Rs. 45,000/- per month
  • 5% annual increment after each completed year
  • PF, Medical insurance and other basic benefits available
