• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed SSC / Matriculation / 10th Class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 system) with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board.
• ITI Qualification: Candidates should possess National Trade Certificate (NTC) / ITI Certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT recognized by Government of India.
• Age limit: Candidate should be between 15 Years to 24 Years as on 07 July 2026. Age relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government Rules.
• Domicile: Candidates should fulfill all eligibility conditions mentioned in the official notification issued by Railway Recruitment Cell, North Central Railway.
• Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of Merit List prepared from Matriculation and ITI marks followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination.

• Selected candidates will be paid Monthly Stipend during Apprenticeship Training as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Railway Board Rules.
• No other allowances or regular Railway employee benefits will be admissible during the training period.
• Completion of Apprenticeship Training does not guarantee permanent employment in Indian Railways.

• Open the Act Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 Notification.
• Read all instructions mentioned in the notification carefully before applying.
• Complete online registration using a valid Mobile Number and Email ID.
• Fill the online application form carefully with personal, educational and trade details.
• Upload Photograph, Signature and all required documents in prescribed format.
• Pay the application fee through online payment gateway, if applicable.
• Submit the online application form before the last date.
• Take a printout of the final submitted application form for future reference.
