- ducational Qualification for Technician Grade 1 Signal: A) Bachelor of Science In Physics / Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology/ Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institute OR B.Sc. in a combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of Physics/Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institute (OR)
B) Three years Diploma in Engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of above basic streams (OR)
Degree in Engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of above basic streams” - Educational Qualification for Technical Grade 3 (S&T Trade): 10+2 with Physics and Math OR Class 10th with ITI Certificate from NCVT / SCVT
- Educational Qualification for Technical Grade 3 (Blacksmith / Bridge / Carriage and Wagon / Crane Driver / Diesel Electrical / Diesel Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical / TRS / EMU / Track Machine / Turner / Welder /Fitter / Permanent Way / Refrigeration and AC / Riveter ):Class 10th with ITI Certificate from NCVT / SCVT in Related Trade / Branch.
- Age limit: Technician Grade-I Signal: 18 to 33 Years as on 01.07.2026. Technician Grade-III: 18 to 30 Years as on 01.07.2026.
- Medical Standard: Technician Grade-I Signal – B-1. Technician Grade-III – As per detailed CEN.
